Once again my emails are going unanswered.

Shockingly poor service.

If they don't have the time or inclination to reply to emails then they shouldn't have an email address listed on the website.

I really can't be bothered trying to call several times (again) before getting an answer.

Has anyone ever had an email replied to promptly?

I was looking into buying powertap a couple of weeks ago and was told to contact these guys for any questions and so on.

Still waiting on a reply to that email. Their loss, discovered Derek at Wheelsmith offers the powertap units too, very very good service from him.

completely oposite to my dealings with them.

Emails responded to within a couple of days, and had only one phone call go over to the answer phone.

    Always been very helpful etc.

Mind you I havn't had reason to contact them in the last couple of months, renting a powertap from them you see. Couple of teething issues to start with and quick responses.

Last year, they were quick to respond to my emails.
This year however, emails still unanswered, answer machine at every attempt to call.

Sod 'em, I've ordered a new PT wheelset from Derek at wheelsmith.
Handbuilt, to my spec, loads of time & advice, very good price, too.

I actually want to cancel my order, but as it is I don't know if they've actually read my email and cancelled the order already, but not told me or if they haven't even read the email and I'm about to receive a (rental) PT soon that I don't really need.

Either way, I certainly wouldn't even think about buying a PT from them now.

I've only ever had to contact them 3 times and on all ocassions I got a reply back. Very happy with the service I have got.

I've always emailed Robert Tobin myself - never used any other address:

    bob@cyclepowermeters.com

The last time I contacted him was on 29 December at 3.50pm and got a replay on 30 December @ 9.20am.

Well, somethings not right, then...I use the same email address for Bob, too.

    Not anymore, though
