I have smallish hands and sometimes struggle to reach the brakes when on the drops. Is there an adjustment I could make. I have campag centaur ergopower (?)

Any help appreciated

Try using a compact handlebar - the drops are smaller and the bends tighter meaning it's easier to reach the levers.

+1 for compact bars or a more D-shaped bar like the Cinelli Little Wing can work if you want a bigger drop than you'd get with a compact

FSA Omega Compacts are a good option & not too pricey. :D

*thought* Are there 'shims' available for Campag brake/shifters?

I have seen something like little wedges that fit into the gap thats there when the brakes are pulled on slightly ? I think they were designed with women cyclists in mind ? I'd guess they'd be on some girls cycling website ?

Sadly these wedges are available for Shimano shifters to reduce the reach whereas the ones with Ergos are designed to move them away for the bars to accommodate bigger hands!
