need help with shock

i've just bought a corsair konig that comes with a marz roco air r shock (2008). any advice or tips on how to setup/tune the shock? cant find any information from the official marz site.. thanks!

    Set it to the sag you want, set rebound as you like it & ride.

    Inflate until you get the sag you want (say 30% of the travel), and set rebound to control how fast the shock re extends.

    That is it really! Is a simple shock that is easy to experiment with.

    PS there are no figures to set it to other than the sag.

    been using fox rp23s so not really familliar with hw much pressure to put into the piggyback.. there's the standard air valve where u pump the shock pressure, and another one where the piggyback is (which i have no idea what its used for). mine is a Roco Air R..

    not the tst.. just the standard Air R as shown in the list of shocks in the manual.. totally 0 experience with marz shocks.. appreciate the help :)

    as it says in the manual (table 4) any where between 12 and 15 BAR.

    it is only bottom out resistance setting.
