Orange 5 RP23 shock tune and mount bushings

I have just bought a used 2008 RP23 for my 2007 Orange 5. Can someone with a similar bike tell me what the compression and rebound setting tune is on theirs? Also, what size and where is the cheapest place to source mounting bushes?

    and what ever is right for YOU. ps the settings will change for diferent trails.

    Mojo were very helpful as are TF tuned.
    As nicklouse says its down to yor personal preference. :D

    There are three settings for compression and rebound tune which are factory set for each application. What are these settings on an Orange 5? The shock I have bought has a medium compression tune and a low rebound according to the stickers around the barrel of the shock. Thanks
