Not sure where to put this thread, so thought i'd stick it in here.

Anyone made contact with them in last few days?

I've sent a few emails with no reply & called a few times, but i just get an answer machine.

Wanting to place an order but have some questions!

Also, their buy now, pay later bit from the finance has gone, only choice is 36 or 48 month loan, no thanks!

pretty crap with phones but jsut keep trying.

As for emails... i'd guess they are sorting out throguh a back log from the xmas period so be a bit patient with them... it'll be the same everywhere i reckon.

I wonder if they are having problems, last week my emails were answered very quickly, now i'm trying to actually buy the stuff & i can't

I ordered last Wednesday and received my replacement chain yesterday.

It was just about the finance options, i cant afford the £500 in one blast, but they had a buy now, pay later option, which was there yesterday, but not today.

I've had problems with my laptop, which is now away getting fixed, when i got to the finiance application part, it crashed, twice.

Then i realised because it had got that far, i had placed two orders! So in my prev orders bit, i have two full orders for the same stuff sitting there, waiting to be processed, so i need those deleted.

But now i'm on a working computer, the finance thing isnt giving me the buy now, pay later option, which is 0% for 12 months, but with a 45quid admin charge, which is better than the option they have now, which is 36 or 48 months at 19.9%

So i was going to get a 0% card to buy the stuff on, then pay it off over 12 months at £37.5 a month.

But still have two orders sitting there, that i dont want.

Phew, i think i may have over complecated that!

All of yesterday i was ringing, it rang once, then went to answer phone, been doing that today too.

Is it snowing in Ireland? Maybe they can't actually get in to answer the phones, so put it straight to answer phone. If you leave a message, i'm sure they'll sort the problem out or phone you back.

Well, its not an answer phone as such, its a recorded message that says its an unmanned mail box, so no one will get the message

i drove to crc, to make sure i got the bike carrier. im a bit worried about my online order as its via courier. yea its snowing in northern ireland, bit of slush on ice and hard pack snow and everyone driving 10mph slower than they should.

Rang them the other day about a return, theyve recieved my return item and issued an email saying theyre going to send the exchange item.
