Air shock tuning.

Im looking to buy an Orange five and having taken one out today found that i had to run the shock at 300psi to get near the correct sag.
Im around 280lb in full riding gear.
My question is, if i send the shock away to be tunned will they be able to alter the valving etc to my weight meaning i wont have to pump it up as hard as its right on the limit at the moment.
I don want to buy a new bike only to find i cant get the correct sag.
Any info would be good.

no you will need the same air pressure but they can change the valving to suit your weight.

Talk to your preferred shock people for a solution.

it means that instead of running the adjustments all at one end of their range you will be in the middle of the settings.
