Help with Halfords choice...

Hello,
I'm looking at Halfords for a temporary (and then for in bad weather) bike. (until the work bike scheme kicks in around summer).
I've set my eyes on either a GT Aggressor XC3 or a Carrera Vulcan Disc. So far my only opinion is the GT frame looks nicer. But any actually good opinions would be mega.
Also; Choosing Halfords as next to work and easy, and probably cheapish.
