We boycotted Chrimbo lunch and had loads of Dim Sum and Tapas, just fired up the oven at 10.00 am and every time someone wanted something to eat we just banged in another tray of duck spring rolls or satay sticks. Very Yum Yum, thank God for M & S ready to cook Christmas food.
It's easier to ask for forgiveness than for permission.

    I've bought a new bike....ouch - result
    Can I buy a new bike?...No - no result

My christmass dinner was half a bowl of Heinz Cream of Chicken soup and a piece of white bread.

I couldn't swallow anything else! Bit better now, still stuck with exclusively soft savoury food though.

I had the full works again.

Christmas day at the wifes uncle & then repeat at my mothers on boxing day

Went for a run yesterday, decent cycle planned for today & I still think input has exceeded output
