Ultegra shifters, how do I get 'em off?

So I want to fit my new Zipp bar and stem but I don't know how to remove the Ultegra STIs. Advice please.

    The screw to undo the clamp is on the inside of the shifters, open up the rubber hood from the front on the, this will reveal recessed channel leading to an allen bolt (IIRC it's a 5mm).

    Undo it.

    Slide shifter off bar!
