Morning labrats... how goeth everyone this fine morn...?

The roads outside are covered in sheet ice, it's like glass, three stacks by people walking along so far, (made myself a brew and was watching out of window)

And having fun guessing the rear wheel ddrive cars trying to get along outside

    Good morning freaks!

Today, I've mostly been driving to work with the Cakemobile in *smug git* mode. :D

Unforecast snow and ice overnight has made the commute most interesting. Lots of fender-benders and breakdowns on the way into Cardiff. Not many people have braved the conditions (I sometimes wonder who the fool is here...) so a quiet day's foruming shall ensue.

Tonight, I'll be firing up the Coiler for snow relating funs.

Quite enjoyed 'testing' the new Proxes on the way to work this morning
  • It would be suicide for me to even contemplate getting the bike out today.... it's that bad here, and I am nursing a slight hangover from over indugence this weekend, one thing about xmas is theres drink-ups all the time, so you get over one hangover, only to prep yourself for another one.......

Got some crusty rolls from the bakers, some straky smoked bacon, will get some on the go in a mo, washed down with coffee number 3

I think a good ride would sort out my hangover actually - (bike ride people, before you start)

I wish I had my bike here...

    yo dudes.

im trying to motivate myself to go out and buy some wintery footwear so i dont get a repeat of the "slipping in the ice and smashing the back of my head off the road" incident from last night. i feel like i have a bit of whiplash, i think the booze in me might have acted as some kind of protection.

ive got to go to north wales later too and am puting it off as long as possible.

Just taken my sister round to her friend's, nice and slippy underfoot.

Before that I tried doing a Sufferfest workout. Managed 25 minutes of the hour before I wanted to puke. That sucker's hard...

i stacked yesterday in the back garden taking the rubbish out. fooking snow!

i was like a sack of sh*t when i went down too. Missus was being sympathetic, but that soon turned to laughter.

Its only going to be -7 here tonight also. No fear the sh*tty snow will melt by then either.

Tomorrow is A&E day at this rate!
