Anyone used Jenson USA??

I'm thinking of getting a YETI DJ frame from them and wondered how good the were (service?)
Also How quick they delivered and any tax etc costs you received?

    this is like the 100th thread about Jenson USA. have a look on the "general" section oif the MTB forum....

    but in conclusion there fairly reliable and most case's havent had to pay commission charges.
  • Plenty have used on the site and feedback seems to be really good, delivery seems excellent and a lot or people have not paid any taxes will be using them myself soon. So I would say go for it!

    You'll almost certainly have to pay duty and vat on a frame. For a ballpark, add about 30% to the price (including shipping).

    I've had 3 bikes and loads of stuff from Jenson. No problems except getting the payment authorised my end. My bank thought my card had been stolen, so stopped the payment. So, I had to use an international money order in one case. Lots of hassle, but not Jensons fault.
