I have the BBB Aquashield, used them this week for the first time in temperatures -5 and snow and cannot complain they do the job very well.

Altura Thermastretch about £20, absolutely brilliant, comfortable, don't itch and warm, used them down to 2 degrees and would be happy colder.
  • Bought some Gore Mistral 111 gloves from Evans earlier this week for £29.

Went out on a cold evening this week and found them to be very good, kept my hands nice and warm.

Just need to sort the feet out now, though I haven't had a problem with cold feet yet, as my thermal socks appear to be doing a good job there.
  • I have a Pair of Seal Skins and they are fantastic, warm, padded and waterproof, but a little over £35.
  • i'm gonna be getting the Madison wind shell gloves - warm but not bulky and showerproof - all for £13.99!!! BARGAIN!!
