    Fully gusseted up to brave the cold winter morning, been two weeks without a ride and i now feel well enough to nip out. ;)

    got a 5 hour dive to drop The mrs off at her mums, then the same back tommorrow, at least i got come comedy cds and my archers podcasts to keep me going

    So far today, I've been out for an hour on the NRS and defrosted the freezer. Over to the Mum-in-laws for Sunday lunch later, then possibly pop into town to get some photo's printed and framed.

    went biking in angelsey. my knee is killing after a fall on a huge frozen puddle(which held me and my bike up) then had fish and chips and afterwards i'll be making honey cake

    i have been out all weekend riding where possible. its been a great weekend, a little cold at times. i nailed a steep shoot, which i am never doing again because its sooo sketchy and when i did it we didnt have a camera. but i have three wittnesses. and i have gotten the fastest ever recoreded run time at our dh trails. 8)
