Headset- FSA, for me, they do really nice ones and they do fairly cheap ones but they're good quality and easy on the eye. Nice selection to choose from and well priced for the quality.
The rest, you've got tons of choice really,Uncompromising extremist0 -

my budget for headset-handlebar-stem-seatpost £200-2200 -
any preference for bar width?
for 250 you could get thomson easton monkey lite and a CK headset just.
It depends what you want out of it though?0 -

If it was me, I would go for:
Thomson Elite seatpost
Thomson Elite X4 stem
Easton EC70/90 carbon bars
If you shop around online, no reason you shouldn't do that on your budget. Top kit all round and will last ages0 -

There's no one answer, but 680mm seems to be catching on as the new standard. Some say that the best way is to do a few pressups then see how far apart your hands are The natural position is the same for both.Uncompromising extremist0 -
if it was me id be tempted to go for
cane creek s3 headset £25 approx
then look on jenson usa
handlebars $75
http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/ ... ar+08.aspx
stem $37
http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/ ... em+08.aspx
seatpost $40
http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/ ... tpost.aspx
total $152 = £91 (approx with 1.66 exchange rate)
+£25 for the headset
grand total =£115
(plus p&p ofcourse)
