I HAVE FOUND A CURE
I hope this hasn't been posted before as am sort of hoping this will get in MBUK lol.
If like me you have stripped cleaned and greased and re-greased only to find out 2 weeks down the line its back and you've tried new more expensive BB's and it still wont bloody go and the only thing left to do is reach for the hammer then STOP .
Dont know what made me think of this prehaps desperation but, strip , clean , LIGHTLY grease and then(this is the secert) get some PTFE tape and evenly and thinly rap around the BB shells and do up as normal .
Done this to my Hope BB in July and to date not a peep. Hope this works for all us creaky crank sufferers , let me how you find it so i can bask in my own glory lol
