That is what they are training on. The fugly ones with the RS logo all over it IS what they will ride. As per Trek's website (and many, many other sources).0 -
Oh bloody hell. That is going to spoil a lot of photos for 2010....Contador is the Greatest0

I think the bikes look fly.
the kit on the other hand, is a bit arse.0 -
So let's see if I have this right, the jersey is too boring and the bike is too garish?

Pokerface wrote:No comment on the jersey - but he looks quite slim in it. Certainly seems to have lost all of the beef he was carrying at this time last year. Looks slimmer even than post-Tour.
Hmmm, wonder if the jersey will do the same for me? When are they available in the shops0 -
I really like Discovery's green jersey in the 07 tour. The Shack is ok, not the worst but not the best.

Just met Janez Brajkovic in tenerife today and have to admit the kit doesnt look too bad in the flesh. He confirmed that they are expecting to be riding the `colourful´ treks during the season and are training on the black/grey treks. I will post photos soon but am currently in internet cafe with no way of uploading photos. He is over training with a fellow slovenian pro-continental rider around tenerife. He passed me about 2km from the top of the Masca cliñb and i caught up with him at the top as he waited for his mate. Very nice guy with excellent english and was telling me that will be going to do early season races in italy and the pyrenees and decide then about the rest of the season. For a time trial specialist he is tiny and can really fly up the hills . It was a genuine relief when he informed that it was in his opinion the toughest climb on the island even though it is nowhere near as long as the ascents of teide from any of the four directions.
Will upload photos ASAP0 -
