Rock Shox SID Race (2003) fork problem

Hello,

I did do a quick search of the site prior to posting so please accept my apologies if I'm resurrecting an old post :oops:

I've got a pair of Rock Shox SID Race forks circa 2003 and they have started to fail. they don't return after compressing and I've checked both pressures on the positive and negative side.

I was thinking that servicing would help but I'm not sure what bits need replacing :oops:, the forks have been replaced but I'm keen to get them back to health as I want to give to a mate.

would replacing the o ring seals solve this issue?
