I'm getting myself some new Hope Hoops Pro 3 XC-6 wheels. I currently run Schreader valves, but do the new hoops only take the narrower Presta, or can I keep my current tubes?

yes if you take a drill to your new rims.

Change the tubes Presta is the way to go !!
