They're alright... can't use it in the office because it looks like i'm knocking one off under the table

Can be used to strengthen wrists and fingers... great if you get terrible arm pump.

I got one and in a couple weeks my lower arm and wrist was significantly stronger - good for biking

Or....
buy one, let people see you using it for a while, then you'll be able to knock one off under the table without anyone batting an eyelid!
