Shimano "push fit" botom bracket

Hi im servicing my lapierre 316 2009.
apparently the bottom bracket is a shimano push fit, thats fine but how do you get them out? the seals on them are plastic and to much force will snap them. the bearings are C£$P im finding horse hair in them, which for a "sealed" unit is rather 2 doller!
Any thoughts or web pages appreciated, also an idear of where to get parts would be good too
