Woohoo back on the bike!

After a 10 year break from MTB's I am getting back out there and have bought a 2010 Trek 8000 as my ride 8) 8) 8)

I've be laid up for 12 months after having dislocated my foot and snapping my tibula (now sporting a plate and 6 pins), so have really got unfit and lardy so time has come to do something about it

I live in Cheshire and will be a regular up at Llandegla, so if you see a big guy going slowly on a quick bike say hi!!!

The forum looks great and I am looking forward to participating 8)

well FCJ, he'd be hard pushed to bump into a nutter like you, unless he is planning a field trip to the Isle of Wight lol

Anyway, welcome to the club and you will get plenty of assistance/guidance from the really helpful people here, that includes FCJ too.
