barrel adjuster/ cable adjuster on the downtube

Hey,
I've been building a bike and I'm pretty much finished except for one small part. Where the derailleur cables go along the downtube, there's a barrel adjuster where the outer stops. Problem is I can't find these anywhere. Is barrel adjuster the right name for them? Is there a standard sized thread for them? Anyone know where I can get them?

Any LBS - or Halfords should have them circa £1.99 - pretty standard size i think.0
