pitch/ full suss owners, tyres?

hi recently brought a pitch which im getting ready to ride (once over for peace off mind), anyway the bike came fitted with rocket rons folding not sure if these would be better kept for summer if im right what would you guys think for trail centre riding?
I know there are lots of tyre posts and iv looked at a lot and am going towards bonty mud x or ?
I will not be running tubeless and my other bike runs fire xc pros all year round would these be a good choice?
