new derailleur required

Sorry i aint got much info on this,friend of friend has broken the rear derailleur on (Saracen Mantra 1) and has asked if i could try and get 1 :?

So just thought i wud ask on here if any of the tech guys would know wot derailleur is needed for this bike and wot price if possible??
Will try and get more info if needed.......

    it all depends on what the current shifters are and what the old mech was.

    the same make and size.
