Hydrolic brake hose fit to frame.

I'm having trouble fixing my rear hose to the frame. Recently replaced v brakes with stroker trail and the old cable hold on the frame is to narrow for the hose. I've temp fixed cable ties for now but has anyone got a solution without trying to file the frame?
