What Should I Change Upgrade On This Bike ? !

Hey all
Just had my last bike stolen
picked this up for £25
what should i add/change/upgrade for commuting ?

    Add a Rack, decent lights and mudguards. Change tyres, pedals and saddle. Looks like you may need new pads. check rims, chain chainrings and cassette for excess wear. I cant see if that chainset is a one piece job or the chainrings are replaceable.

    Isn't that the ASDA one? Gaffer tape on the seat and point the rear reflector towards the car behind.

    Assuming it all works and it looks pretty clean so is probably fairly unused, just ride it.
