AHHH that would explain the pedals flashing by the lens, and the noise was the chainring.
I was thinking ..s**t that's a hell of a headwind blowing into that mic.

It's a VIO POV.1 - you can see the bulletcam mounted in the photo above, against the top third of the chainrings, below my Exposure MaxxD light (the fat round thing). The recorder is in the bag strapped in front of the tiller (aka a v. long stem) above the front wheel.
