Campag 11 speed chain tool???

I know that I read recently of someone who has manufactured a chain tool for campag 11 speed that costs around £20 (as opposed to Campag's own one which costs £100) - does anyone know of anywhere that stocks them?

Park do one too now;

http://www.parktool.com/products/detail ... item=CT-11 but this is just a peening tool. You also need apparently the CT4.2 which actually removes and installs the links. Sounds like a bit of a faff to me.

But both are over 20 quid. The Pedros is about £60 I think.
