specialized futureshock stumpjumper fsr

Anyone any tips on futureshock settings, my other fork is a SID - pump it up, play with pressure, adjust rebound - job done. previous brain was an old unadjustable epic 2005, with the new futureshock have following problems:
1) am getting bounce with brain set as per factory for "firm ground"
2) got rear pressure hard but can still bounce suspesion
3) finally have the rebound so it hisses when I jump
Should I wind the brain to the max and then wind back? where to start for fine tuning?
anyone got it set for:
1) north downs
2) south downs
3) blasts in the park
