MY seatpost is seized in the seat tube and i can't get it out it really doesn't matter as i don't ride cross country but riding to the trails is tiring because i can't put my seat up any reccomendations on how to get it out?

Also i need to take my pedals out as one is broke so i can replace them, but they are seized as well.

Help me please, what can i do? :? :x

read Sheldon Browns pages about removing stuck seat posts.

for the pedals use some release/penetrating oil and leave for a while. then use a big spanner and turn the right way, see Parktools.
