Best grease for bottom bracket bearings??

Hi,
Just about to re-assemble a Dura Ace Octalink bottom bracket & wondering if anyone can recommend the best grease to use for the bearings. Presumably not too thick but waterproof. Trade names would be helpful.

Pedro's Bio Grease works for me. For wheel bearings also. Seat post grease. Bolt threads. Anywhere grease is needed or it's a good idea.
