Waterproof trousers

I'm after some waterproof trousers that use eVent material, but i don't want to pay Endura prices. Anyone know of any cheap but good fitting trousers for sensible money. I am tempted by the dhb wickham eVent waterproof trousers but a reviewer on Wiggle says the fit is very bad, and looking at the size chart i would have to get a size L to get the right length but the waist would be 6" too big! I am 5'11 and 31-32" waist, with an inside leg of 32"
