Cyclescheme is sucking me in....... but I really dont know what to do for the best???
Option 1 - Ignore cyclescheme and keep my current 2008 Cube Acid, probably change the forks for something like Tora solo air. ( I'm only 10 stone ish so thought air forks would give me more movement than coil)??? and few other lighter bits and pieces.
Option 2 - Go all out on cyclescheme on a decent hardtail like Orange Crush, Evo8 or Trek 6500, Hoohoo etc etc
Option 3 - mid range FS and top up the £1000 and go for something like an FSR XC Expert
I'd really like an FS but am aware of the obvious limitations at the £1k mark, but if i stay with a hardtail am I effing about and not giving my current bike any credit cos of crappy Dart 3 forks

Each of the cycle schemes are different some you pay a pound at the end of the year others you get the bike valued.0

ours is a quid 8)2014 Whyte T-129S0

Then there is no risk in topping up. go for the fsr0

If the shop lets you - some don't.
What happens if you want to sell the bike after a few months - your company effectively owns it, doesn't it? Won't you be stuck with it until the end of the period of repayment?0 -
Yes the company does own the bike until the end of agreement, but I figure it's worth the risk. I would save 40% on £1000!2014 Whyte T-129S0

I want a p7 on scheme but its £1049 and leisure lakes will not budge. They won't drop price let me add to or even trade something in. They say they can't risk halfords falling out with them. So I'd check wether you can top up.

Spoke to local specialized dealer and they weren't bothered one bit, neither was local orange dealer.2014 Whyte T-129S0

i think you save VAT and NI too.
so on a grand bike its closer to 700 quid if you are a 40% tax payer0
