Anyone heard of these guys?
Acoording to my LBS (Prologue in Sheen) they've had my 6 month old Zipps in for repair for the last 5 weeks, and still no sign of them being returned.
I've just tried calling them, but they're not in - probably all at Earl's Court.
Anyhow, 5 weeks on I still have a rather forlorn looking, upturned, wheel-less Ridley Noah in my bedroom awaiting its shoes back
On the plus side, it's far attractive like that, and the risk of me slipping out of bed to interfere with it in the night is appreciably lower.

I know a couple of the guys - Justin Hoy is a local Elite Cat rider and is their area rep - I think your problem is that you bought Zipp Wheels - if you wanted reliability you should have done some research - I don't know anyone with Zipps who's had a trouble-free experience.Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
