Tyre doesn't fit properly on rim

Got Trek Fuel EX8 with Bontrager Rythem Comp tubeless ready rims and Bontrager Jones XR tyres.
Had the bike about a week and noticed that tyres on both front & back wheels not properly seated on rims. Have since removed and re-fitted both tyres but can't seem to get them to sit properly snug on rims.
Can get them seated properly when tube deflated but as you inflate the tube the tyre starts to move away from the rim near the valve. As a result when you spin the wheel you can see a slight hump when it goes round, and which you can feel when you ride. It's been driving me mad.
Amyone had a similar problem or know a cure?
I've tried using a different inner tube but hasn't made any difference.

Try pushing the valve inside the rim a little, before inflating the tyre. It often happens that the inner-tube around the valve is preventing the tyre bead from seating properly. This was often the case on motorcycles anyway.0

Have tried pushing the valve further inside before inflating but hasn't prevented problem.0

See my post 6/10/09 6.32 pm. Looks we've got similar problems. Only way I can get them to fit is inflate to 50-55lbs and ideally smear with lubricant. Great bike - shame about the rims!0

They are sods to get tyre beads to seat properly.
When changing the tyres, I had to use tyre soap and a track pump to get up to about 80psi before they popped in place.
So they have now been relegated to my old hardtail, and the EX8 now has DT5.1D's which are miles better.0
