Are these wheels any good

anyone got any idea as to whether these are any good. My current rear wheel is a bit scuppered and have been looking for a while. These seem quite good, but not sure.

Opinions appreciated.

I'd want to see how they perform in the wild myself... Dirt just gave them a good writeup too but some Superstar parts have shown themselves up in longer use before. They're a bit new so personally, I'd wait and see. They might very well be brilliant.

well guys, here's the update.
after pooling the resources and adding the xmas goodies i.e. money, CRC vouchers etc and waiting patiently for the sales have finally gone for a set of FULCRUM RED METAL 5 from CRC and have to say I am delighted. Very sweet running and look the part too. Love the spoke pattern. Treated myself to a new rear cassette too...SRAM in black as opposed to stainless. Makes a surprising difference to gear changes, but then old cassette had about 1200 miles on it.

CRC as usual very helpful and put old rotors onto new wheels for me and atatched new cassette.

To date, very happy.

Good choice...I run Fulcrum RM3s on my Stumpjumper.

Very impressed with them and they are still running true after a year of abuse. And I think they're the best looking wheelset out there. They certainly complement the red and black of Stumpy.

Do you mean it had a black spider or that the cassette itself is black?

If it's the whole cassette that's black...

EDIT, found one but its 8sp. almost worth dropping a cog though!

Anyone intereseted in the black cassette, hear she is...only 8 speed I'm afraid, but that's all I needed.

Very smooth and very BLACK...what more can I say.
