Maintenance Bits!!!

Hey all!

I am going to buy a road bike for use in the summer month mornings and would like a little bit of advice on maintaining it!

Can you recommend:

1. A decent chain degreaser
2. A decent chain oil/lube for the summer months
3. A decent grease/lube for the cables
4. A decent bike cleaner
5. A decent set of brushes for the above!

Oh, and where is the best place to get all of this?

    1. I just use baby wipes - brilliant if you remember to clean the chain regularly. Otherwise I use Weldtite Degreaser in a Park Tool Cyclone cleaner.

    2. Prolink Progold or Pedros Road Rage

    3. Don't use one, never seen the need.

    4. I use Meguiar's NXT car shampoo and Carlack Nano 69 glaze

    5. Weldtite Brush set

    I think you can get most of this stuff from bikegoo,com - a great site with cracking service.
