download spinervals from torrenz 45 minutes of hell but a really good work out loads on there different plans cheese american accsents but really clear instructions while watching

Have a search on here, this sort of thing is discussed a lot in the Training sectiom.
Tacx used to have a pretty good section with various turbo sessions too on their own web site.
