LED torches for night rides

Looking for some lights for occasional night riding (forest traks/sigle trak) but don't want to spend a fortune. Noticed you can buy led torches from the likes of B&Q tescos etc etc. would these be any good with the right mounts????

sorry if you already know... but spend £33... buy the P7 from dealextreme (google it)

for £33 you will get a set of rechargable batteries, a charger, a mount and a torch (metal)

get the ssc mte one its really good and well worth the money
