Trek madone 4.7 2008-2009.. better then 07 Madone 5.0?

Is this bike any good? what does it weigh? much difference between 2008 and 2009.
Ive got a 07 madone 5.0 with old 9 speed dura ace and planet x model b wheels...would it be worth upgrading to the 4.7?..
I know the frame designed is totally different... Any advice MUCH appreciated :?
