My rear deraileur is bending inwards towards the wheel and is causing trouble while I'm riding. It's the SLX Shadow.

Does this mean I need a new hanger for it? Or can it be adjusted?

is the mech bent or the hanger bent?

hangers can some times be straightened by the LBS.

  • I don't think its the mech, It just looks like the mech is leaning in towards the wheel and causing the chain to slip from the teeth on it.
