I suffer from cramps after a ride or should I say I used to suffer from cramps now I finish a ride and dont suffer agonies in the car home.

I'm not an idiot, he must be riding day and night to have to make "repeat purchases". I've ridden twice a week for over 3 years on my old Vulcan frame and it never needed replacing.0
