Will other brake levers fit on my magura disc system?

Ive had it a few times where i squeeze hard on the lever and cable pops out leaving me with no braking. I think the threading where the cable attaches to the lever is shot.

Its an old magura julie disc lever.

Does anyone know if any other levers will fit the cable / screw?
