Reba Race Problem

Went out for a ride last night on old railway lines with forks locked out. Came to a sharp dip off the track so unlocked the forks & went for it. When I got to the bottom of the dip the forks felt like they were still locked. Just got in from work & had a look lockout did not do anything. Dropped all of the air out & forks hav only dropped 25 mm & gone solid. Any ideas? Fork is on an 08 Boardman pro.

All I've got to do now is get my own bl**dy forks working, still waiting for the motion control service kits to land in the UK :roll: .
