I have been looking at turbo trainers but have never tried them.
I dont really want to lash out and buy one that I only use for a few times
or wish I'd bought that £500 one rather than the £120 one.

Does anyone know of anywhere that hires them out as I have had a bit of a search but come up blank

Buy one of the classifieds here, if you don't like it, sell it on at minimal if any loss.

Probably because there is no money in it. Do as NapD says.

You can have mine if you want - gives me an excuse not to use it. I'd forgotten how tedious and painful it is using one until Wednesday evening
  • I have just borrowed a mates cycleops for tonight - so I bet the weather will great

If its any good I'll be back with the 'which one should you buy' question lol

If you don't hate it there is something wrong with you

That said they are very good as you never get any rest and it is easy to do interval work. If you use it in the house put a sheet under you or you'll end up with sweat stains everywhere!!!
