Changing pedal system - saddle height?

I've moved from Look Delta pedals and cleats to the Shimano SPD SL system. The pedals look similar in terms of the base's relationship to the centre of the spindle, but the Shimano cleats seem thinner. Should I lower my saddle to compensate?

Measure from pedal spindle centre to shoe sole on both systems and adjust saddle height accordingly. I would think the SLs have a lower stack so you should lower the saddle.
