Giant OCR Zero

I am thinking of buying a second hand Giant OCR Zero that I have seen advertised locally, I believe its a 2005 model based on the giant archives on their website. its the full ultegra groupset and looks in very good condition. What sort of price would a bike of this vintage / specfication be worth? Also is there anything that I should be looking for to ensure i am not purchasing a pup.

anyone give any guidance? whats the sort of depreciation on road bikes?

My guess (based on a RRP of £1125) and that cassette, chainrings and rims have plenty of life left in them (particularly the rims) would be £300 - £400. What does the seller want for it?
