Paint job is not dissimilar to a low-end Bianchi, circa 2000, with decals removed. Relatively neat welds would point to it not being the cheapest thing out there too. Nothing particularly special though...0

The paint job is clearly a Bianchi-Pantani rip off, but Bianchi haven't done anything that I can find with that kind of oval to square tubing around the seat tube. I think I'm going to put some Bianchi stickers on it and build a slightly odd looking Pantani hack bike.0

The crude shape of the drop outs and welding would indicate a basic aluminium alloy frame, probably around 8-10 years old - plain, non-integrated headset and looks like 1" fork too. Wouldn't appear to have any intrinsic valueMake mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..0
