Ooook Fork juice came out after storing my bike!

As it says, I've had an oil leak after leaving my bike layed down in my camper van over my holiday after the 24:12.
As a result i've got a slimy bed... but how do I deal with the forks, they are a set of 2008 Reba world cups with motion control and a pop loc.
I guess I shouldn't ride on them until the oil is replaced, is this to be expected if I store the bike layed down or have I had a seal failure? If so is this a major effort to fix? It looks like the oil flowed out past the compression adjuster on the top of the forks.
