Air loss in forks (F series 32 RLC's)

Hi, I was wondering if there's anyone out there who would know why my forks are loosing air. I sent them back to Chain Reaction Cycles for repair and they said that there was nothing wrong with them. They continue to loose a substantial amount of air approx 10 psi every 10 miles cross country. I set the psi as per the Fox guidelines.
Are there any simple tests I can do without taking the fork apart, so I can prove or suggest to CRC what is wrong with them.

You can notice this pressure drop without measuring the pressure? As measuring will lose some air.0

Just like in the FAQ lol.0 -
Thanks, yes the pump is the right one and the sag is set correctly and the valve is ok. Yesterday I did the South Downs Way and after 40 miles all but 10 psi had gone.0

so the sag was more than when you set it up?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

the sag was correct at the beginning of the ride but after a while the forks were practically bottoming out0

Sounds like an air loss problem then. You might need new o rings in the internal air chamber but also check the valves.Might be as simple as a loose or faulty valve core.2006 Giant XTC
